Even more cliché than a baby blog is a blog to prove there is actually something on your mind besides the baby.
As I have nothing to prove, I offer the following neologism:
Badge of honour n. a baby blurp stain on your shirt. (As in Whoa, grandma: did you know you’ve got a badge of honour there on your shoulder?)
HELPFUL HINT
To maintain that sense of glamour, change out of baby blurp shirt before husband comes home for lunch.
NOTE TO SELF
- Research nursing aprons and hypermasculine burping aprons for dads
- Try to take over the world

Burping Apron? Geez. Throw a towel over the shoulder and be done with it. Having been through two boys without an apron, I can say you don't need to go fancy.— Tang · 1055 days ago · #

I agree with Tang, don't bother with the fancy, you're gonna go through a bundle of them anyways. Oh, and bibs, our little guy has a bib on him a good 16 hours out of the day 'cause of his spittin' up. cute pic btw— Oorgo · 1043 days ago · #
