My pet peeve about restaurant recommendations in Edmonton is that people are still recommending places they haven’t been to in ages. Don’t people go out? Things change, to paraphrase Chinua Achebe.

A neighbourhood lunch buffet joint. Only us there at 7pm, loved up their salmon curry, nice salad, mild sweet chilli pork & long bean, nothing unusual.
