I had a nice meal of beef at a revolving restaurant the other weekend. Can’t dish it, sorry, as I was a guest. Tasty main dish though.
yen had to drive far, far out of town for a steak recently. More memorably, he bitched a little about fancy local places:
I’m tired of the lack of creativity, and for many of the places that do have excellent creative chefs, the lack of a changing menu (read: Culina, Wild Tangerine, Hardware Grill for example. A special a night doesnt cut it. Your menus need to change, please!!!). There are only so many ways you can tolerate eating frilly bison, elk, or pork with potatoes.
He ended up at Sage, River Cree’s casino restaurant.
