The webcam game show

Play this game when you’re up late at night ogling boy camwhores. Other variants of this game may develop based on differences between webcam owners. In my right mind, I would never have invented a game like this.

YOU WILL NEED:

HOW TO PLAY:

  1. The person with webcam actively chats in channel
  2. The judge monitors the webcam for certain activities
  3. The judge awards points to people in channel based on reactions they have managed to elicit from the person with webcam

POINTS SYSTEM:
10 points: sudden, broad smile
20 points: busting a gut laughing
30 points: raised eyebrows (15 for single eyebrow)
40 points: tongue (sticking out, etc., any tongue action)
50 points: wink

ADD-ONS:
10 bonus points: shoulder roll accompanying a laugh

Other rules

AUTOMATIC WIN:

YAWNOMETER: each yawn puts 100 points on the Yawnometer. Once the Yawnometer score exceeds the combined scores of all participants, the person with the webcam goes to bed and everyone loses.

WIN: The winner of the game is the person who scores the most points, either:

  1. before the judge gets tired and goes to bed
  2. before the person with the webcam is glutted by self-indulgence and can no longer react, or
  3. just before the people in channel get tired of the game.

Techniques

The judge is the final authority on points scoring, but may appeal to the person with the webcam in case of confusion as to which person elicited a reaction that scored points.

A sudden, broad smile is defined (for nitpickers) as a smile that appears on the webcam, and follows a more sober expression that has persisted for more than a few seconds.

People who enter channel (and are not necessarily informed that a game is in progress) may still score points.

The person who won the first game last Saturday night (squid) was not in fact watching the cam during play. This takes masterful skill and an inexplicable hunger for punishment.
