Buffalo bleu dip & curry dip

The unreciped recipes. Hits from my kitchen that haven’t hit my kitchen yet.
BUFFALO BLEU DIP
Get ordinary thick-cut crinkle kettle chips and some celery sticks.
Mix:
- Crumbled Danish blue cheese
- Louisiana hot sauce
- Sour cream
- Mayonnaise
CURRY DIP
Actually have made this a few times, premiered January 2009.
Mix:
- Curry powder (I have some “madras” labelled in Vietnamese)
- Crushed fresh garlic
- Full fat yogurt
- Mayonnaise
Top with chopped cilantro & serve with raw veggies.
